A SECONDARY School in Herefordshire is appealing to businesses in the county to help fund a PE and School Sport Apprentice Scheme.
Weobley High School is hoping that a local company will help fund the £6,000 per year to fund the scheme.
The apprentice would be a young person aged between 18 and 21 years old and someone who is finding it difficult to get work.
The school would hope to employ the person until they found work and then another person afterwards.
During this period the apprenticeship scheme would also provide training and would help in the school environment.
