LEDBURY Town Reserves notched their biggest win of the season to go through to the semi-finals of the Ross Cup competition with a 6-0 demolition of Ross Juniors Reserves

Captain Mark Taylor and team-mate upfront Josh Burns, both scored twice, as did new signing from Ledbury Swifts last season Sam Branch.

A handling offence gave Taylor the chance to open the scoring from the spot and he added the second on the half-hour after an unselfish pass from Branch.

Burns then fired home from close range with Branch adding a casual goal of his own barely three minutes later to put Ledbury in a dominant position with five minutes until the interval.

Branch slid the ball into the bottom corner of the net to mark a good start to the second period.

And, after a few missed opportunities, Burns completed his double on the hour to round off an impressive win.

The New Street second string will face either Dore Valley or St. Johns Howle Hill in the semi-final
