DAVE Fish produced an inspired performance alongside Mike Corfield to lift Ludlow Golf Club’s Earl of Plymouth Cup.
The duo claimed the top prize in the better ball stableford competition courtesy of a better back nine with Fish recording a gross 66.
Alan Meyrick and John Adams were pipped at the post with Will and John Evans tied with John Cooke and Mike Gardener for third.
The senior team competition was won by Rex Tudor-Hughes, Fred Stevens and Dave Isherwood. The trio finished five shots clear of the field with Bob Pugh, John Cooke and Des Price in second, beating John Smithson, Mike Miles and Allen Hunt on the back nine after both pairs had ended on 78 points.
