Willenhall 16, Bishop's Castle 7 BISHOP'S Castle were tested by top of the table Willenhall.
Castle started brightly and for once it the first 10 minutes were on top but Willenhall chased through and scored a converted try against the run of play.
Castle confidence gave away a further two penalties, both kicked by Willenhall. But the visitors regrouped, attacked and scrum half Ben Skip scored a try under the Willenhall posts. It was converted by centre Mark Tarquin.
The second half was a much tighter affair and, although they had much of the possesion, Castle were unable to break through. Willenhall then scored a penalty with five minutes to go.
No 8 Darren Price said: "To improve, these are the sorts of games in which we must raise our game and not retreat into our shells."
He added: "We have a local derby next week against Telford away and they will be looking to reverse the result of us beating them at home."
