TWO men were caught using mobile phones behind the wheel by police in Bromsgrove and Bell End over the weekend.
In the first instance, a male was seen driving whilst using his phone on the A38 Bromsgrove on Saturday (March 21).
Police said the male was antagonistic towards officers as he "couldn't see the error of his ways."
He was then given six penalty points on his licence and a £200 fine.
Later in the day, a driver was reported to police for using a phone whilst driving and stopped his vehicle on the A491 in Bell End.
Police said in a tweet: "The bright red phone and huge smile on his face as he looked straight at us didn’t help his cause."
