Evesham Arts Centre is staging an open day this month to recruit more helpers.
The town's venue is well known for hosting everything from big-name comedy to ballet, pantomime to tribute bands – and it's all run by volunteers.
The organisers are looking for help in all sorts of roles including staffing the bar and the coffee shop during performances, ushering, manning the box office, setting up the theatre and foyer, publicity and brochure distribution to name but a few.

Organiser Peter Costello said: "If you've ever wanted to help run a theatre, we'd like to hear from you."
To give potential volunteers a chance to find out more, Evesham Arts Association has arranged an open day on Sunday, February 23, from 11am- 4pm, and anyone interested is invited to come along.
They will be able to take a tour of the theatre, chat to existing volunteers.
"Anyone who'd like to get involved but can't be there on the day, please leave a message via our website or on our Facebook page," said Peter.
