A HEREFORD drag queen is taking part in a national competition later this year while raising money for charity.
Dean Goodwin-Evans, who performs as Boo La Croux, will take part in the Miss Drag UK 2020 final in March and hopes to raise money for Abigail’s Footsteps which helps bereaved parents.
“I have done drag for four years and have spent a lot of time perfecting my makeup,” he said.
“It means everything to me to be competing in this competition as it could be my way to turn my drag into a career and that would be a dream come true for me, and to possibly bring a crown back to the community of Hereford.”
