A BROKEN down van on the A465 near Hereford is causing some problems for commuters leaving Hereford this evening (Tuesday).
The van is obstructing the eastbound carraigeway, towards Bromyard, just off the A4103 Hereford to Worcester road.
The broken down vehicle is near the quarry.
