WORCESTER is on flood alert once again, with more rain forecast in the coming days.
A flood alert, where flooding is possible and people are warned to be prepared, has been issued for the River Severn.
This is because on Monday the level at Barbourne was 1.5m, but this morning it has reached 3.70m. This is above the level, 3.35m, when there is the possibility of flooding.

The flood warning says: "River levels are rising slowly as a result of rainfall.
"Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is possible today and tomorrow. Flooding is affecting low lying land and roads adjacent to the river from Highley to Tewkesbury.
"Locations that may be affected include Stourport, Holt Fleet, Worcester, Kempsey, Severn Stoke, Upton upon Severn, South Quay, Diglis Parade and the Hylton Road towpath.
"We expect river levels to remain high for the next few days. Please plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers."
The forecast for the next few days is it will be staying dry this afternoon, but rain is expected tomorrow afternoon, carrying on into the early hours of Friday morning.
But in some good news Friday afternoon is expected to stay dry, while over the weekend it is forecast to be sunny with no rain forecast.
