Marie Louise said: “Water with lemon juice in, a sachet of dioralyte and a good walk even though it starts out feeling like you are actually on deaths door - the fresh air works wonders.”

And Stuart Lane said: “Drink quality drinks, they will be more expensive yet that will make you drink less. Enjoy your drinks folks, don’t just pound down whatever is on offer at the time. Then before you go to sleep have some vitamin tablets as well as anti inflammatory tablets.”
