A CAR has been stolen from a busy Hereford street in broad daylight.
The brazen thief struck in St Martin's Street between 9am and 1.15pm on December 1.
They made off with a blue Renault Twingo which had been parked on the street (partial registration NZJ).
The thief did not have the keys for the car.
