THERE are major delays on London Road in Worcester this morning.
Roadworks in Sidbury are the cause, with two lanes reduced to one at the junction with London Road and Bath Road.
Motorists are reporting a 30-minute delay from the Waitrose traffic lights at the top of London Road to Sidbury.
The roadworks in Sidbury include replacing a 50-year-old traffic light system, extending approach lanes in City Walls Road and installing a new signal-controlled pedestrian crossing across Commandery Road.
Work started on June 17 and is due to be completed at the end of August.
