A 36-year-old man has denied inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent and making a threat to kill against the same woman.
Paul Molloy of Selborne Road, Worcester, appeared via videolink at Worcester Crown Court on Monday where he pleaded not guilty to all three counts put to him by the clerk.
He denied inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent against Pauline Murphy, another count of grievous bodily harm against the same victim and making a threat to kill, also against the same victim.
All alleged offences were said by the prosecution to have taken place on June 24 this year against the 61-year-old complainant.
The two day trial is scheduled to take place at Worcester Crown Court on November 18.
