THE Worcester Film Institute launches At Worcester Arts Workshop on Saturday May 18.
On offer will be “a selection of the best short films around, followed by music from Swampmeat Family Band”.
Spokesperson Eleanor Miles said: “The Worcester Film Institute was created to support Film and Filmmakers, bringing together storytellers and audiences seeking original voices and fresh perspectives in film, while promoting independent film around the world.
“Based at Worcester Arts Workshop, Worcester Film Institute’s program includes; features, short films, experimental films, new filmmakers, development courses taught by experienced film professionals spanning disciplines such as screenwriting, directing, producing and funding.”
The doors will open at 5.30pm on May 18, “with with a selection of the best short films around from 6pm,
Swampmeat Family Band will be playing from 8pm.
