A special art event will take place at the Hopmarket this weekend
THE Hopmarket, home to an eclectic mix of shops, is hosting an art event this weekend.
The space on The Foregate, Worcester will present its second Hopmarket Arts on Sunday, May 19 from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
The family friendly event – which is being organised by Participate in Art or PIA – aims to bring together art and culture. It will include a long gallery, a new feature which will showcase artwork from the partnership between PIA and city restaurant Ostlers at Number 1. This is part of PIA’s Art for Business Programme which creates partnerships with local businesses to actively support local artists and artisans by creating gallery and exhibition space within their premises.
