A POPULAR Kidderminster drinking spot has won the Wyre Forest CAMRA's Gold Award for Cider Pub of the Year.
The Beer Emporium on Oxford Street, opened by Lynn and Peter Nuttall in July 2016, was selected by CAMRA members for the prestigious award.
Since opening, the pub has been a welcome addition to Kidderminster pub sector, and has established a faithful following.
Owner Lynn Nuttall said: “We are very pleased and proud to have been chosen for this award.”
Trace Richardson, Wyre Forest CAMRA Branch Cider Representative said: “As a cider drinker, whenever I visit, I am always guaranteed a choice of good quality, real ciders – that is ciders made from the full fruit, not from concentrates”.
The runner up in this award category was Weavers Real Ale House on Comberton Hill, Kidderminster.
