AN UNDERSTANDING animal lover is needed to adopt a rescue dog who is hard of hearing.

Brian is a good natured Staffy-cross in the care of RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch through no fault of his own.

He is a special boy, looking for a special home due to his hearing problems.

Geraldine Haynes, branch trustee, said: "Brian is a friendly and affectionate chap who loves company and would be really happy in a home where someone is around a good part of the day.

"He enjoys his walks and needs an active new owner.

"Brian is good with other dogs and would be fine living with a canine friend. Give this boy your time and patience and he'll make a great companion and pet."

The 16-month-old dog is described as being in good condition, housetrained, neutered, microchipped, vet checked and vaccinated.

He will be rehomed with four weeks' free pet insurance. Please call Geraldine for more details on 01886 822083.

The charity received some positive calls from last week's story about four lurcher puppies available for adoption, with a number of home visits planned.
