MEMBERS from Stourbridge choir Got 2 Sing hit the right note by raising funds for Macmillan through their World's Biggest Coffee Morning initiative.
Choir members baked cakes then sold them while signing in their aprons to help people facing cancer by raising £341.
Got 2 Sing Stourbridge is one of a family of 10 contemporary Got to Sing Choirs based across the Midlands who collectively raised over £2,000 for Macmillan.
Choir leader and founder Beth Dunn from Pedmore said: "The coffee morning is such a fantastic initiative and a fun way to raise funds - it's something we look forward to every year.
"I'm not sure our waistlines would thanks us for it but it turns a fun rehearsal into a real social event."
Got 2 Sing meet every Thursday at Gigmill Primary School, Glebe Lane, from 7.30pm until 9pm when anyone can turn up for a free taster.
