Jeremy Clarkson is set to build a car using produce from his own Diddly Squat Farm in a new TV special.
The Clarkson’s Farm star, 66, will be seen in a stand-alone Prime Video episode titled Jeremy Grows A Car: A Clarkson’s Farm Special, returning to his motoring roots.
Clarkson, who currently fronts a series about working on his farm, will attempt to recreate a Jaguar F-Type V6S, focusing on style, luxury, and performance.
The project will feature Diddly leather interiors and wool carpets, and he will grow a crop of flax fibre to make a flax-composite, a sustainable alternative to carbon fibre.
Clarkson will be joined by car designer Ian Callum, founder of design and engineering firm CALLUM and designer of the original F-Type and the Aston Martin Vanquish.

Earlier this year, Clarkson revealed he had been diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer during an episode of Clarkson’s Farm.
The cancer was discovered early, and a PSA test in April showed no indication of cancer, leaving him in remission.
Clarkson started presenting Top Gear in 1988 and later hosted the BBC revival series in 2002 alongside Richard Hammond and James May.
