A COMPANY of bookbinders from Ludlow has won a national accolade.
Ludlow Bookbinders, the artisan bookbindery based in the town has produced the winner of Book of the Year: Havana by Leslie Gerry Editions.
The British Book Design and Production awards, which are organized by the British Printing Industries Federation, have entries from a large range of British publishers.
These publishers have their books produced by the best printers and binders from all over the world.
The awards exist to identify and celebrate the skill, creativity and craftsmanship behind the best designed and produced books the industry has to offer.
There were 664 entries, this year.
