A MUSEUM in Craven Arms with a difference is constantly demonstrating that history does not have to go back hundreds of years.

The ‘Land of Lost’ content in Market Street concentrates on items and artefacts that many people will still be able to remember from the youth.

Treasures to be found in the museum are not glorious paintings or high value furniture but are more likely to be everyday items that were part of the daily lives of ordinary people living in south Shropshire.

It is a museum founded by husband and wife team Stella a Dave Mitchell and covers the period from the Victorian age up to almost the present day.

It is in Market Street but closes in December and January so time is running out to take a look.
