THE Gundog Club is launching a new training course for beginners in Tenbury.
Similar courses run throughout the UK and each culminates in either a grade one or grade two test.
The Gundog Club aims to introduce more gundog owners to a rewarding sport, helping people channel their pet’s natural desires and talents into a useful and exciting activity.
Taught only by Gundog Club accredited assessors, each course is accepting a maximum of six students for eight weekly, one hour, sessions.
Over the eight weeks, students will train their dogs in basic obedience and simple retrieving, in preparation for the appropriate test, which will take place in the final week.
