A NEW mini-festival ‘bursts’ on to the scene in Bromyard on Saturday.
An offshoot of The Hatch Studio, Hatch Music in Tenbury is putting on Burst, a mini festival to showcase some of the great bands and artists involved with the recording studio over the past few years.
The line-up includes headliners Fred, the life-affirming pop sensation from Ireland; the wonderfully rootsy Deep Elem from Ludlow; the guitar virtuoso Remi Harris; ‘postrock’ anthems from London-based group Roundstone; and Drum Love, one of the best drum groups in the Midlands.
There will also be an ‘introducing’ stage where some of the emerging talent from around the area will be performing.
In between the live music, there will be a variety of acts including stand-up comedy, the astonishing magician Mark Townsend, drum workshops and storytelling, as well as a fully-stocked bar and a number of local food and market stalls.
To book, visit hatchmusic.co.uk or call 01531 634044.
