South Shropshire Housing Association (SSHA) has opened the doors to its new headquarters after moving from Ludlow to the Gateway building in Craven Arms' former Auction Yard.
SSHA is a provider of high-quality, affordable homes in South Shropshire, with about 100 staff based in the headquarters.
SSHA chief executive Martin Holland said: "The new offices provide us with up-to-date facilities and with all departments of SSHA under one roof, we will have better working conditions and more interaction between our teams.
"We work closely with the PCT and with social services and many of our joint services will be available from the same place.
"We are delighted to be a part of the Craven Arms regeneration and look forward to playing a positive role in the future of the town."
SSHA retains a satellite office in Ludlow which is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
It manages about 2,000 rented homes, develops about 50 new homes a year - including shared-ownership schemes - and manages sheltered schemes for older people, housing support services for vulnerable adults, a refuge for women fleeing from domestic violence, a homelessness hostel and a foyer for young people.
The Gateway was developed as part of the Craven Arms Regeneration Scheme, funded by Advantage West Midlands and South Shropshire District Council.
It will also be home to Shropshire Primary Care Trust and some of Shropshire County Council's social services functions.
