A new premises licence application has been submitted for Festival House in Castle Square, Ludlow.
E Sinclair Limited is seeking permission to serve alcohol both on and off-site from 9am to 10pm, seven days a week. The establishment intends to remain open until 10.30pm each night.
The application was officially made public on March 23, with residents and interested parties required to submit any objections or representations within 28 days from the day of this notice.
These can be sent in writing to the Licensing Team at Shropshire Council, either via email at licensing@shropshire.gov.uk or by post to Guildhall, Frankwell Quay, Shrewsbury.

Full application details and guidance on making representations can be accessed on Shropshire Council's website under the 'current licence applications in consultation' section. Alternatively, the documents can be viewed in person at the council offices by appointment with the licensing team.
Shropshire Council has warned that it is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, with the maximum penalty being an unlimited fine.
