Sections of Ludlow’s riverside Breadwalk may be temporarily closed next month while improvement works are carried out.

Handrails will be extended on the Breadwalk from the steps towards Ludford to aid walkers of all ages and abilities to walk this difficult area in front of the Ludford rock-face.

Work will be carried out by Border Engineering Ludlow during March, and it might be necessary, at times, to close off that end of the Breadwalk.

The scheme has been approved by Natural England and will be funded by the Friends of Whitcliffe Common.
