A country cottage in Church Stretton fetched £365,000 at auction.
Meadow Place, Station Road, was one of ten lots sold for a collective total of £1.66 million.
The detached property, which requires complete renovation, extends over 4.4 acres and was listed with a guide price of between £200,000 and £225,000.
Halls Auctioneers conducted the sale and said the rural cottage with "panoramic views" sits in an "idyllic location".
Two former Methodist chapels in Hinstock and Knockin Heath also went under the hammer, selling for £87,000 and £79,000, respectively.

Both properties had a guide price of up to £30,000 and date back to 1831.
Halls’ chairman, Allen Gittins, said: "Both chapels have great potential for residential or business usages, subject to obtaining the necessary planning permission."
The auctioneers are now accepting entries for their next collective property and land auction, which is set to take place on Friday, September 26, at 3pm.
