A Ludlow property sold for £79,000 at auction.
The three-storey, Grade 2 listed building at 26 Bullring exceeded its guide price at the auction, organised by Halls in Shrewsbury.
The mid-terrace building includes a basement, a vacant lock-up shop unit, and a first-floor residential apartment.
The ground floor shop unit offers 790 square feet of space, with a 111 sq ft store, toilet, and welfare facilities at the back.
The first floor has 148 sq ft of accommodation.
An outside store of 72 sq ft is part of the courtyard at the back.
Simon Cullup-Smith, Halls' commercial property agent, said: "The sale of 26, Bullring above its guide price reflects the strong demand for commercial property in Ludlow and the continued appeal of selling by auction.
"The property attracted a lot of interest from potential buyers and sold quickly at auction."
He encouraged owners to contact them if they have a property to be considered for the next auction.
