Winter Glow, the biggest festive event in the Three Counties, will return to the Malvern Showground in 2023 offering even more magical experiences to guarantee a truly unforgettable Christmas.

Open from November 24 to January 6, visitors will have six weeks to enjoy a range of festive experiences with several new activities for 2023, including elf circus skills workshops, pet experiences, and an extended light trail.

Groups of up to eight can join Santa and his elves on an immersive adventure into a magical world. The personalised experience begins with an invitation from Santa and includes a trip to Mrs Claus’ bakery, the toy workshop, the winter village, and a meeting with Santa. Children are also invited to join the Elf Circus Skills Training Academy.

Visitors can test out their skating skills on one of the largest all-weather ice rinks in the West Midlands, or be transported to a winter wonderland and explore the story of the Golden Snowflake with the light trail, created to take families on a journey around the North Pole with Santa’s head elf, Jingle, as he embarks on an exciting adventure to bring the precious golden snowflake home.

The fairground is also returning for this festive season, with favourites including dodgems, the funhouse, bungee trampolines, and fairground games.

Winter Glow’s free-to-enter covered Christmas market will also be open to visitors, with stalls offering local arts and crafts to children’s books and homeware, while organisers are promising "the most incredible festive food Malvern and the surrounding areas have to offer" in the Winter Glow Food Quarter.

An ice café, and winter bar will be serving up a selection of food and drinks from local vendors including Brisket Brothers, the Groovy Greek, Yorkshire Pudding Wraps, and pizza.

Santa Paws Winter Glow is the only festive experience in the West Midlands that welcomes dogs to its light trail, organisers said, on December 11, 12, and 28, while four-legged friends can also visit its Santa Experience on December 11 and 12.

Winter Glow is currently offering early bird tickets with savings of up to 40 per cent off face value until July 31. To find out more, visit winterglow.co.uk
