THE Shropshire Hill Discovery Centre in Craven Arms will be bringing the flavours of the sub-continent to south Shropshire.
Following the success of previous lamb suppers, it will be serving up a taste of food from the Indian sub-continent on Friday, February 10 at 7pm.
The evening promises to be fun and informal with wine, beer and music.
As ever though, the star of the show will be local lamb.
Menu: A selection of authentic vegetable pakoras and lamb samosas accompanied by raita dip and chutney, Lamb Pasanda, local lamb pieces marinated in yoghurt, chilli, garlic and cumin, cooked until tender with onion and coriander. Served with basmati rice and an Indian carrot pickle. Pistachio and Cardamom Kulfi Coffee. Cost is £22.50 per person, £20.25 for members. Booking essential, call 01588 676060.
