THERE was a magical start to Ludlow’s Winter Festival when a procession of tractors decked out in festive lights made its way through the town.
The spectacular was put on by the Orleton Young Farmers group that provided a great start to the weekend.
Tractors followed a route that took in much of the town so there was no reason to miss out.
The machines made for a stunning sight during the early evening spectacular.
It provided a great start to the new Winter Festival and in an area where agriculture plays such an important part in the economy, it was appropriate that farmers were able to kick off the event.
The tractors had been given a clean up before ‘dressing’ in their Christmas best for a night out on the town.
