LUDLOW Easy Riders is a friendship cycling group who usually meet on a Tuesday morning in Castle Square, Ludlow at 9.45am.
Cycling can be a very effective and enjoyable way to improve both physical and mental health but getting on a bike can be a challenge.
Cycling has become increasingly popular as more people turn to pedal power both for leisure and to commute to work.
But cyclists do not have the be Lycra clad individuals on bikes that can cost as much as a small car.
Riding a bike can feel daunting, especially for people who have not been in the saddle for a time.
So the Easy riders group would be a way to get back into the swing of things whilst also making friends as well as getting fitter in the great outdoors.
The rides are suitable for all, including anyone who hasn't cycled for a while or isn't confident cycling alone.
Ring Carolyn on 01584 877551 or David on 01584 875501 on the Monday to check if a Tuesday ride is going ahead.
