A HEREFORD man has been handed a suspended sentence after failing to turn up for appointments.
Maciej Puczylowski admitted breaching the terms of his community order when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 32-year-old had failed without reasonable excuse to turn up for a supervision appointment on March 2 and a substance misuse appointment on December 20, and had further failed to provide acceptable evidence to cover his absence.

Puczylowski, who is of Whitecross Road, Hereford, must also pay costs of £60.
