MORE Herefordshire speeders have been up before the magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Julian Charles Freeman, 54, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Newport.
The court heard Freeman has been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Nissan Note in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A466 Redbrook Road in Monmouth on November 9.
Freeman, of Wilton Road, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £146 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
Martin Lawrence O'Connor, 60, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Bodmin.

The court heard Chevrolet Matiz driver O'Connor had been caught speeding in a 30 miles per hour limit Exeter Road in Okehampton, Devon, on September 11.
O-Connor, of Leigh Street, Hereford, was fined £40 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
Simon Barrett, 40, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Bradford.
The court heard Barrett had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A641 Woodside Road in Bradford on December 8.
Barrett, of Moreton Jefferies Road, Moreton Jefferies, was fined £146 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
