A HEREFORDSHIRE gin business has created a new drink to celebrate World Bee Day.
This Friday (May 20) bars, pubs and hotels across Herefordshire will be raising a glass to World Bee Day in partnership with Penrhos Spirits, independent spirits brand based in Herefordshire.
Local hot spots will be serving-up the Bee's Knees with Penrhos Spirits, as a limited-edition cocktail to mark World Bee Day.
The Green Dragon Hotel in Hereford, Lupa Cocktail Bar in Hereford, The Boot Inn in Orelton, The Inn at Welland in Malvern and the Hop in Beer and Gin Bar in Brecon will all be serving the special drink.

Made from imperfectly perfect fruit from Penrhos Farm that would otherwise go to waste, unable to be sold to supermarkets.
The team at Penrhos is reliant on the bees to grow their fruit to create award-winning small-batch spirits.
A spokesperson from the company said without the bees, Penrhos Spirits wouldn't exist.
So, every May, Penrhos raises a glass to these incredible pollinators and this year are doing so with the help of popular bars and pubs across Hereford and further afield, said the spokesperson.
