There is a national shortage of care workers with the job often poorly paid whilst being physically and mentally challenging, even more so during the Covid-19 pandemic.
But Meirion Woolfe has been recognised for 10 years working at Hagley Place Care Home in Ludlow.
10 years’ service in care has been recognised by Barchester Healthcare at their home in Ludlow, Hagley Place.
“Meirion has been one of our amazing carer’s at Hagley for the last 10 years & today we are celebrating his service,” said Mary-Jane Jekiel, general manager at Hagley Place.
“Thank you Meirion for all your dedication, passion and care over the years. Thank you for supporting our residents and your colleagues.”
Hagley Place is run by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers .
