THE Easter Egg Special session of Clun’s Prize Bingo raised £123 for the funds of St George’s Church.

Tim Wood who runs the bingo sessions has thanked those who donated prizes and also announced some changes.

The pattern of sessions of the Bingo is altering and now they will be held on the first Thursday evening of each month at Clun Methodist Church Hall.

Eyes down is at 7.30pm and there are always fifty prizes on offer each evening and nobody goes home without winning one.

Mr Wood also runs the St George’s Church in Clun regular monthly Clun Table Top Sale.

It is held at the Hightown Community Room in Vicarage Road, from 10am to 1pm.

The event is building up quite a following and items on sale range from antiques, bric-a-brac, pictures, books, vinyl including 45s, jewellery, household items, homemade baking and preserves.

There are also homemade refreshments to accompany teas and coffees on sale.
