AN impromptu display of Morris dancing brought a smile to the face of one well-known local.
It brought some cheer to shoppers on a dank November day as the light was starting to fade.
“I popped by Ludlow Food Centre on Monday, November 15 for a quick shop and coffee” said Fay Vass, chief executive of the Hedgehog Preservation Society in Ludlow.
“A quite dreary grey afternoon was cheered up by an impromptu performance by a colourful Winkleigh Morris Dancing group from North Devon!
“They were staying in Leominster and had danced at Ludlow Market that morning, calling by Ludlow Food Centre in the afternoon. They raised smiles all round so well done to them!”
