TENBURY Minor Injury Unit has reopened on a reduced timetable ahead of a return to its normal full opening arrangements planned for later in September
Due to unforeseen staffing absence, and operational demands, the Unit based at Tenbury Community Hospital which is run by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust has been closed since July 24.
Since then the team have been working on a more sustainable solution and the unit reopened this week between 9am until 5pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, only until September 20 when it will then go back to its full opening hours of 9am until 5pm, seven days a week.
