THE Worcestershire Tourism Network is launching to help grow and develop a sustainable and dynamic local tourism sector across the county.

Tenbury with historic buildings like the Regal, Round Market and Pump Rooms as well as its market town character and specialist shops, wants to benefit from a big growth in tourism to the area to aid recovery.

The aim of the Network is to provide a platform for local businesses to engage and work closer together.

The Network will build on the Here2Help Tourism programme which has just been launched.

The Tourism sector has been hit especially hard by the pandemic and the continued restrictions, so Visit Worcestershire wants to do all it can to support local businesses as they open up over the summer months.

Funded by Worcestershire County Council, The Here2Help Tourism programme wants to help operators to come back stronger and build profitable, sustainable businesses for the rest of the year and into 2022.
