A COURT has banned a coronavirus-restriction breaking woman from entering a Leominster pub.
Fleur Alice Hirschmann pleaded guilty to two charges and was found guilty of a third when she appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court found Hirschmann guilty of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause alarm or distress towards another person in Leominster on November 9.
The 23-year-old admitted breaching coronavirus restrictions by being outside of her home in Leominster's Carl Davies Court without reasonable excuse and failing to comply with a community protection notice by behaving in a manner likely to cause alarm to staff at the Talbot Hotel.
Hirschmann was handed a 12-month community order with a three-month alcohol treatment requirement and a 30-day curfew, and a 12-month restraining order banning her from entering the Talbot Hotel in Leominster.
She must also pay compensation of £75 and costs of £300.
