TENBURY has a new Worcestershire County Councillor.
David Chambers was elected for the Conservatives as the party retained control of the Council.
He polled 2,109, well ahead of the second placed Green candidate.
Labour came third with 325 and it was a miserable election for the Liberal Democrats who came bottom of the poll in Tenbury with 162 votes.
Mr Chambers replaced Ken Pollock, who had served for 12 years and help an economic development portfolio on the last Council, but was de-selected by the local Conservative association.
