LUDLOW Fringe Festival is one of six arts organisations in Shropshire that has recently received funding.
Arts Alive and Flicks in the Sticks, Ignition Create CIC, Ludlow Fringe Festival, MediaActive Projects, Pentabus Theatre and The Hive have all benefited from the funding.
It is playing a part in is supporting a huge amount of arts activity.
Over the next 12 months communities from across Shropshire will have the opportunity to get involved in a range of face to face, online and digital arts activities. It’s estimated over 62,000 people will benefit, as either participants or audience members.
The funding will help provide employment opportunities for nearly 1,500 local artists and support organisations to secure investment from other grants, contributing towards the county’s cultural economy.
