6pm update: Loraine Archer has now been found safe and well.

AN appeal has been launched to help find a missing Worcester woman.

Loraine Archer, 54, has been missing since April 21 and police are appealing for the people's help to find her.

She is described as 5ft 4in tall, of average build and with short blonde hair.

She was last seen wearing a cream padded coat and trousers.

Loraine has links to both Worcester and Shropshire, and is known to spend time in the Lansdowne area.

The police appeal read: "Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact 101.

"Alternatively, if you have information but don’t feel comfortable speaking to police, you can speak to the independent charity Crimestoppers.

"It is 100 per cent anonymous. They never ask your name and they cannot trace your call or IP address.
