REGISTRATION services in Worcestershire are limited due to the new lockdown.
It will affect weddings and civil partnerships disappointing couples.
Registration offices in the county are closed to the public unless an appointment has been pre-booked or is essential.
Wedding and civil partnership ceremonies have been suspended for the time being.
Notice of Marriage/Civil Partnership appointments are also limited with only urgent appointments taking place (couple’s whose ceremonies are due to take place in the next three months).
Other services are continuing, with death registration taking place over the telephone.
The Worcestershire Registration Services webpage is being updated with all of the limitations to services which will be in place.
