SAINTS boss Kristian Woolf has made seven changes to the squad for Monday's Betfred Super League clash with Salford Red Devils at Emerald Headingley Stadium (5.30pm).

With the quick turnaround of matches, Woolf has opted to shuffle his squad with a number of first teamers set to get a chance to shine on Monday.

Jack Ashworth, Joseph Paulo, Matty Costello and young hooker Josh Eaves are all included.

Jake Wingfield is included again for the second time, whilst James Graham is again named and is expected to play on Monday having sat out last night’s victory.

Tom Nisbet is another youngster included. He has been named in previous squads, but is yet to make his debut for the Club.

The 21-year-old played four times in the Reserves earlier this year and can play at full back or wing. He is an Academy product signed from Newton Storm who has played three seasons at U19 level. He has also represented Lancashire and England Academies and has trained with the first team all year.

Matty Foster is a 19-year-old second row forward who is named for the first time. He was signed from Blackbrook and like many others he’s progressed through the scholarship programme and has represented England at U16s level alongside Jack Welsby and Josh Simm. Like Nisbet, Foster was given a first team squad number for 2020 and could play a part on Monday.

Tommy Makinson, Kevin Naiqama, Theo Fages, Alex Walmsley, Kyle Amor, Aaron Smith, James Bentley, Joe Batchelor and Josh Simm are all included having played on Friday night.
