A MAN has been handed a two-year restraining order after an incident in Hereford
George Anthony Davis entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on October 8.
The court heard the 56-year-old had used threatening or abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress during an incident in Hereford on June 30.

Davis, who is from Foley Road, Newent, was discharged conditionally for six months and received a two-year restraining order banning him from contacting the victim or visiting their address.
He must pay costs of £135 and a £22 victim surcharge.
