A MAN has been fined after assaulting another person in Hereford.
Jack David Smalley, of Whitecross Road, Hereford, admitted assault by beating on July 19 when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on October 7.

The 23-year-old received a 12-month community order and a two-year restraining order banning him from contacting the victim.
He was ordered to pay compensation of £200, fined £100, and must pay £135 costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
