A 50-year old man was cautioned for assault after armed police were called to a city street.
Police said specialist firearms officers were called to an address in Oaklands, Worcester, amid concerns an air rifle was present at the home.
One eyewitness said around were present when they left with a man just after 6:30pm on Saturday [August 29].
Another eyewitness said: "I saw around eight to nine officers, about three to four of them had assault rifles.
"One officer was stood stopping any traffic going down the road towards the scene.
"I went outside to have a further look and about five police cars we’re down the road. One patrol car was there until about 9pm."
A police dog unit, including handler, was also in attendance.
