A 15-YEAR-OLD boy has appeared before a district judge accused of wounding a man with intent.
Appearing before Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court via video link from Gablecross police station, the boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, entered no pleas to charges of GBH with intent on May 20 and possession of 37.56g of cannabis in Swindon on June 3 with intent to supply it to others.
District Judge Anthony Callaway remanded the boy into secure accomodation ahead of a plea and trial preparation hearing at Swindon Crown Court on July 3.
